Open to Grades 1-5

Program begins with auditions on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024.

​

Audition materials will be sent out to registered participants one week prior to program start date.

​

Tuesdays after school from 1:45pm-4pm (with the exception of holidays/days off school).

*Additional rehearsals: Thursday, November 7th from 2:45-5:30pm & Friday, November 8th from 2:45pm-6pm.

​

Final performances in the auditorium on Saturday, November 9th at 1pm and 5pm.

 

About ALICE IN WONDERLAND JR: When young Alice finds herself in a strange world where everything seems upside down, she must find her way home…and find herself along the way. As she travels through Wonderland, she encounters all of the iconic characters that audiences have come to love: including the ever-tardy White Rabbit, the grinning Cheshire Cat, a cool Caterpillar, the wacky Mad Hatter, and the hot-tempered Queen of Hearts. This newly refurbished version of Alice in Wonderland JR. features Disney favorites such as “The Golden Afternoon,” “The Unbirthday Song,” and “Painting the Roses Red” along with brand-new songs, including music from the 2010 live-action film.

At Opening Night Theater, we focus on community, confidence, and character. Our after school musical theatre program offers theatre fundamentals, scene work, movement, choreography, singing, games, bonding, and more!
