Open to Grades 3-5

​

Program begins with auditions on Thursday, August 15th 2024.

​

Audition materials will be sent out to registered participants prior to program start date.

​

Thursdays after school from 2:30pm-5pm (with the exception of holidays/days off school).

*No rehearsals will be held on the following dates: October 3rd (No School)

*There will be (1) additional weekend rehearsal off-campus: Saturday, October 19th from 1pm-4pm (Harmony Toluca Lake - 4301 Cahuenga Blvd).

*Additional weekday on-campus rehearsals: Friday, November 1st from 2:30-5:30pm

Final performances in the auditorium on Saturday, November 2nd at 1pm and 5pm.

(Note: Multiple casts may be required depending on interest and casting)

 

About ALICE IN WONDERLAND JR: When young Alice finds herself in a strange world where everything seems upside down, she must find her way home…and find herself along the way. As she travels through Wonderland, she encounters all of the iconic characters that audiences have come to love: including the ever-tardy White Rabbit, the grinning Cheshire Cat, a cool Caterpillar, the wacky Mad Hatter, and the hot-tempered Queen of Hearts. This newly refurbished version of Alice in Wonderland JR. features Disney favorites such as “The Golden Afternoon,” “The Unbirthday Song,” and “Painting the Roses Red” along with brand-new songs, including music from the 2010 live-action film.

At Opening Night Theater, we focus on community, confidence, and character. Our after school musical theatre program offers theatre fundamentals, scene work, movement, choreography, singing, games, bonding, and more!
